Redwood’s Rea Siyani completes her apprenticeship bringing home top grades

Redwood TTM is delighted to share the news that our very own Junior Customer Services Advisor, Rea Siyani, has recently completed her Business Administration apprenticeship with a Distinction* result.

Rea joined the company straight from school almost two years ago and since then has been supported by Redwood TTM to achieve a recognised qualification alongside working for the company and gaining invaluable, on-the-job experience. As a company, we’ve provided guidance in the workplace that Rea has been able to put to good use in order to pass her assessments, whilst growing into and carving out her role as Junior Customer Service Advisor.

Redwood has witnessed Rea come on brilliantly over the two years, and her line manager David Rose is particularly pleased with her successes, commenting, “Rea has developed maturity and confidence since completing her apprenticeship and we’re proud to have been able to support her in this way. She has established strong relationships with our customer base, and her dedication to the role and her progress stands her in good stead for the future.”
