This means that we can always find the foam you need, when you need it, sourcing supplies for foam conversion at our fully equipped factory in the North West of England.
Our strategic position, on the UK motorway network and within easy reach of both ports and airports, means we are perfectly placed for both importing and exporting foam products such as healthcare mattresses.
Cut to Order
Redwood’s foam conversion equipment includes a foam block band knife to cut foam to the desired size. This iscoupled with a CNC F&K foam block profiling machine to create the profiles your healthcare mattresses demand, including castellations for pressure relief products.
Our foam factory is also equipped with a foam printing machine for complete traceability, and water-based foam lamination facilities to coat your foam and add durability and waterproofing. Finished foam profiles can be packed flat or rolled for ease of handling and distribution.
